A big bed and an air-conditioned room overall.

The pool area is beautiful, but it could use
More lounge chairs and shade options. We stayed in a bungalow that seemed like a cozy retreat surrounded by nature. The staff were cute, but the dining experience was a mixed bag with limited options. I highly recommend exploring local eateries for meals.

Attentive staff, awesome breakfast, beautiful location adjacent to the Cenote, Chichen-Itza's tourist attraction, and nature and the jungle. Lovely pool, parking on site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The stay here was perfectly pleasant for early visit to ChichenItza. All the staff was extremely helpful and very amiable, tackled my issues. I ate at a wonderful restaurant because of the dinner at the restaurant unfortunately. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, for example, a large glasshouse was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. A large supermarket and a supermarket were right next door.
There was internet access missing.

Great location, just a short drive to Chichen-Itza. The hotel is very quiet, built in a secluded area, 1.5Km from the freeway. Internet access is available on the reception area. The rooms are nice, clean and unique, built with the surroundings in mind. The pool area is beautiful.
Limited parking space available.

would have stayed for longer.
We had a junior suite with air conditioning and a nice terrace. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a shower. The pool area was awesome with two outdoor pools and sun loungers. Spa facilities included body treatments and a massage. Clean and comfy room in a peaceful atmosphere.

Although it is quite large, the Okaan is beautifully camouflaged in the middle of the forest, a 10 minute drive from Chichen Itza. Our room was large and nicely decorated. The attention to detail is obvious in the rooms as in the common spaces. The pool and the way the water trickles in and out of it is pertty special. One of our favorite features has to be the observatory on top of the main buiding: During the day it offers beautiful views over the jungle and, in the distance, you can just see the top of the Castillo at Chichen Itza. At night, with very few sources of light around, it is an amazing place to see the stars.
There is no reading light in the room. At the time of stay, the hotel felt understaffed. The menu at the restaurant is quite limited and although the food is adequate we found it relatively expensive.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
This serene getaway in the jungle seemed like a retreat, boasting a fine upper pool area and kind staff. We relished poolside lunches while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere.
The road to the hotel was quite rough, and it was inconvenient that only cash payments were accepted, leading to an unexpected trip into town for ATM access.

In the jungle but not far from civilization. Nice swimming pool, nice gardens, good restaurant. Rooms were very nice.
Included breakfast is not worth mentioning...
